By accessing, downloading, installing, or operating CarbonX software (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the software.

We represent CarbonX strictly as a gaming enhancement and optimization utility. You acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not responsible or liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, bans, or anticheat action.
- Use of the software is entirely at your own discretion and individual risk.
- The software is provided "as is", without any warranties of uninterrupted operation or total safety.

Refunds will only be considered if the project is discontinued within 14 days of your purchase, but can be less depending on the length of your subscription.

We reserve the right to discontinue software updates, adjust product modules, or terminate software access for security reasons at our sole discretion.
